Kerblammo! Round 6: all kinds of awesome

Friday night saw the sixth round of Kerblammo! happen at The Maze, and it was another stonker! Highlights included Long Dead Signal, back after a break and playing a host of awesome new material and Her Majesty’s Service, who packed out the Bendigo Lounge stage complete with crowd surfing and swinging from the ceiling – astonishing for a debut gig! Other acts stealing the show include Band of Jackals and Great British Weather, two Nottingham bands we predict won’t be playing small venues for very long, and who could forget Just James, who played a sweaty blinder to an enthusiastic crowd to finish off the main stage. As is the ethos of Kerblammo!, every band and artist on the bill is selected because they’re the best Nottingham has to offer (or a wicked band we’ve come across on our travels) so every act deserves a mention, so if you were foolish enough to miss it, check out the links below.

All in all over 250 of you came down and drank, danced and sang along, and it’s your support that makes Kerblammo! what it is – we’ll keep it up as long as you keep coming and making a right mess of the place! And as always, thanks to Leftlion and The Maze for their continuing support.

The next Kerblammo! is on Saturday 8th December at The Maze.
